		<description>Yeah... I agree with Mrs. Micah... I was in the same situation.  You'll call... they'll ask "are you sure you want to close your account?"  "Are you sure you're sure?"  "Are you really sure?".  In the end... you'll close your account, and it probably won't be closed.  I still get email regarding my phantom Citi savings account.  I supposedly closed it 6 months ago!</description>

		<description>A lot of companies won't let you cancel online, and they won't give you explicit cancellation instructions. I guess it sounds like 2 hours on hold for customer service and then, like Corinne said, another hour of shady retention reps. "JUST CLOSE THE DAMN ACCOUNT!!!"

Also, did you see the Lacoste semi-annual sail on slickdeals.net the other day? Thought about you. :P</description>
